for me I am in self quarantine since 5 weeks .
I didnt and still not infected till now , but doing self quarantine since 5 weeks .
we have everything at home food .... . we go to market only once every 10-15 days  to buy what we need.
I see this is the best way to keep myself safe .
have a beautiful natural park beside my house I go out and walk there.and read some books
